Yearly $525.00 dues are payable by January 31st. Any dues received after this date are subject to a late fee. Please make your check payable to Auburn Meadows Owners Association and deposit it in the clubhouse mailbox at 18211 Auburn Meadows Drive. If your check does not have an Auburn Meadows address on it, please indicate which house you are paying for. Dues must be paid up to date in order to have access to the clubhouse and pool.
