Explore 2.5 miles of woodland trails and a hands-on nature center close to Auburn Meadows. The protected park is designed for nature education, quiet recreation, and observing native plants and wildlife.

Clubhouse information & reservations
The clubhouse is a shared, climate-controlled gathering space for Auburn Meadows residents, with convenient access to the pool and fitness areas. Contact the HOA before planning an event to confirm availability, current fees, deposits, capacity, and cleaning requirements.
Neighborhood Little Library: Residents are welcome to take a book and share a book from the clubhouse collection.

- Keep access-controlled doors closed and secured
- No smoking, vaping, glass, rough play, or excessive noise
- Clean the room, remove trash, and secure doors when leaving

Pool information
The neighborhood pool is a seasonal amenity for residents and their accompanied guests. Posted rules and current HOA notices govern operating dates, daily hours, access, supervision, guest limits, and temporary weather or maintenance closures.
- No glass, smoking, vaping, diving, running, or rough play
- Children must receive appropriate adult supervision
- Swim diapers are required when appropriate
- Never prop open the pool gate; clean up before leaving

Fitness center information
The fitness center is provided for resident exercise and wellness. Residents should follow all posted age, access, clothing, equipment, and safety requirements.
- Wear proper shoes and clothing
- Keep food, wheeled toys, and animals outside
- Return weights and wipe down equipment after use
- Close doors, remove trash, and turn off lights when finished
Clubhouse, pool & fitness access
Residents who need a new, replacement, or additional access fob should contact the HOA. Availability, household limits, identification requirements, pickup arrangements, and replacement costs are determined by Auburn Meadows policy.

Contact the HOA before beginning exterior construction or alterations. Projects commonly requiring review may include exterior paint, roofing, fencing, pools, pergolas, patios, driveway extensions, landscaping structures, and other visible improvements.
- Submit plans before materials are purchased or work begins
- Include dimensions, materials, colors, placement, and contractor details
- Wait for written approval and submit revisions if the design changes
HOA annual meeting
Annual meetings give homeowners an opportunity to hear community updates, review association business, provide feedback, and volunteer for the board or a committee. The HOA will publish the confirmed date, time, location, agenda, and any available meeting records.

Neighborhood garage sales
Residents may participate in announced neighborhood sales or arrange an individual sale when permitted. Before advertising, confirm the current City of Oklahoma City permit requirements, sign restrictions, dates, and other applicable rules.

Residents share an interest in protecting common spaces, neighborhood appearance, safety, and property values. Send the HOA clear details and photographs when useful. Board members and volunteers review submissions as quickly as practical, but matters requiring research, notice, or contractor coordination may take time.
