Auburn Meadows is an established, highly sought-after, family-friendly neighborhood of 166 homes, including one private gated area. Its high-quality luxury and garden homes were constructed by Bill Roberts Custom Homes and his family of builders.

Our community is known for well-maintained homes, lush green spaces, and a close-knit spirit. All Auburn Meadows homeowners are automatically members of the Auburn Meadows Homeowners Association. Membership includes required annual dues and adherence to the Auburn Meadows Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

The Auburn Meadows HOA is an active, well-organized community led by a working board and several committees. Together, they promote community involvement and fellowship while supporting the maintenance and continued care of our neighborhood.
