Growing together.
Auburn Meadows is an established, highly sought-after, family-friendly neighborhood of 166 homes, including one private gated area. Its high-quality luxury and garden homes were constructed by Bill Roberts Custom Homes and his family of builders.
Our community is known for well-maintained homes, lush green spaces, and a close-knit spirit. Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, sidewalks, a playground, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a stocked pond reserved for residents’ catch-and-release fishing. Auburn Meadows offers a quiet, welcoming setting conveniently located near schools and shopping.
All Auburn Meadows homeowners are automatically members of the Auburn Meadows Homeowners Association. Membership includes required annual dues and adherence to the Auburn Meadows Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
The Auburn Meadows HOA is an active, well-organized community led by a working board and several committees. Together, they promote community involvement and fellowship while supporting the maintenance and continued care of our neighborhood.
Consistent and fair enforcement of the CC&Rs requires ongoing effort and is essential to preserving the strength and appeal of our community. Auburn Meadows thrives through the time and talents of resident volunteers, and additional help is always welcome.
