Neighborhood Gathering Place

The Auburn Meadows clubhouse is a central gathering place for neighborhood activities and shared resident amenities. Contact the HOA for current clubhouse access and use information.

Neighborhood Little Library

Residents are welcome to take a book or game and share a book or game from the clubhouse library. Please keep shelves tidy and return or contribute books when possible.

Auburn Meadows fitness center
Residents & guests only

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center provides convenient cardio and strength-training equipment and is available to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Use is limited to residents and invited guests.
  • Guests using the center independently must be at least 18.
  • Each household may escort no more than one guest at a time.
  • No one under age 16 is permitted.
  • Follow posted access and safety rules and wipe down equipment after use.
  • Report damaged equipment, urgent cleanup, or key-fob requests to the HOA email.

Pool: Season, Hours & Access

Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day   •   Daily hours: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM

Each household receives two key fobs for clubhouse and pool access. Private pool rentals are announced in the Auburn Meadows Facebook group.

Pool Information & Rules

No lifeguard on duty. All persons use the pool at their own risk. The HOA, pool monitors, and managers are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

  • Persons under age 14 must be supervised by an adult at least 18 years old.
  • Visitors age 14 and older must present approved identification showing birthdate.
  • Children who are not toilet trained must wear waterproof swim diapers.
  • No glass or porcelain, diving, flips, running, rough play, smoking, animals, indecent behavior, or excessive noise.
  • Safety equipment is for emergencies only. Call 911 in an emergency.
  • Swimsuits or swim trunks are required; street clothes are not allowed.
  • No food or drinks in the water. Remove excess body lotion before entering.
  • Anyone with open wounds, sores, bandages, or symptoms of a communicable disease may not enter.
  • Items left in the pool area or clubhouse are kept for one week and may then be discarded.
  • Do not prop open entrances or allow non-residents to enter.

Violations may result in loss of pool privileges. For urgent cleanup, contact the HOA.

Pool Rental

The pool may be reserved for private parties subject to availability. Rental fee: $250 for two hours. Available times: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 8:00–10:00 PM.

Auburn Meadows playground
Residents & guests only

Playground & Pond

The pond, playground, and surrounding green space are private amenities maintained for Auburn Meadows residents. Public access and uninvited fishing are prohibited and may be treated as trespassing.

Strict Catch & Release

All fish must be returned promptly and carefully. Removing or keeping fish is not permitted.

Respect Private Property

Remain in designated common areas and do not enter lawns or lots bordering the pond.

Bank Fishing Only

Swimming and all motorized or non-motorized watercraft are prohibited.

Yearly dues are $625 and payable by January 31. Payments received after that date are subject to a late fee.

Weather preparedness

Storms & Winter Travel

Oklahoma City residents may register eligible storm shelters. For assistance call the Action Center. Outdoor tornado sirens may not be heard indoors, have no all-clear signal, and are tested at noon Saturdays when severe weather is not expected.

Road responsibility may be shared among Oklahoma City, Edmond, ODOT, and other jurisdictions. Check official road conditions before winter travel.
