One of the electrical storms knocked out our circuit board for the key fobs. We had to replace it and, unfortunately, all key fob data was lost. Please message Jan Woesner Siler your name and address and she will make new key fobs as soon as possible and put them on your porch in an envelope. Thank you.

We’re so excited to join you for our early Independence Day celebration on Saturday, June 24th! Get ready for a spectacular fireworks show at dusk!

• Face painting for all the kids!
• Kids jump house/inflatables setup all day.
• We’ll set up lawn games in the park. Enjoy cornhole and Ladderball with your neighbors and friends!
• Pool will remain open until 9pm. From 8-9pm, no lifeguard will be present.
• Our fireworks show will begin right at dusk!

Yearly $525.00 dues are payable by January 31st. Any dues received after this date are subject to a late fee. Please make your check payable to Auburn Meadows Owners Association and deposit it in the clubhouse mailbox at 18211 Auburn Meadows Drive. If your check does not have an Auburn Meadows address on it, please indicate which house you are paying for. Dues must be paid up to date in order to have access to the clubhouse and pool.
